Windows 10: "Your Phone" app crashes on launch

This is a newish problem. Whenever I launch Your Phone it crashes after a few seconds. Everything's up to date, I've tried repair/reset, scanfix. No, I'm not going to re-install windows. You know what's funny? The only apps that tend to crash on my machine are Windows 10 apps. Edge was crashing before the last big update. Now it's okay. MS is so incompetent.


What still works is sharing web pages from my android phone to my PC browser through the Your Phone Android app, so at least that's something.

Microsoft Solitaire app crashing

• What happens when you launch Microsoft Solitaire Collection?
  
• Do you read any error message when you launch the game? If yes, what is the error message?
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store and see if that helps.

Windows 8.1 phone app problem

We suggest that you follow these steps:

• Launch Storage Sense.
• Select the folder which the app is installed (phone or memory card).
• Tap Apps+games.
• Select the app and then uninstall.
• Re-install the app by going to the Store.
