    Your Phone App Crashes


    Can anyone help? My Your Phone app crashes as soon as I open it. I am running Windows 10 and installed the latest update today. I have tried Repair, Refresh, rebooting the computer and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I also ran the microsoft store troubleshooter - it found an issue but couldn't fix it, and sfc to repair corrupt files. I already wiped my system and reinstalled Windows once this summer to fix an unrelated issue, so doing that again is not an option. Event Viewer shows exeption 0x000027b. I spent close to 3 hours in chats with 3 or 4 different tech support reps, none of w

    Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Mobile

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.
