    Your Phone app fails to complete the connection between PC and phone


    The Your Phone app fails to connect the PC and my phone. The connection starts asking one to approve the connection on the phone. The approval pops up on the phone and you are able to approve the connection. As far as the phone is concerned the connection is good. However the PC doesn't see the approval and sits waiting for it until it times out. Resending the approval request does nothing as the phone now believes it is connected. PC does nothing but wait. Deleting the phone and retrying just repeats the cycle.

    When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.
