Windows 10: Your Phone App - Not available in your region yet

I am using Samsung S20+ and tried to use captioned function but in vain showing Not available in your region yet, Sorry this feature is coming soon to your area. Please standby !


I am located in Macau SAR and how can I use this app ?

marketplace not yet available in your country/region

I have just received a new HTC HD7 from o2, in the UK. When I try to connect to the marketplace on the phone it tells me that the marketplace is not yet available in my country/region - why is this and how can I fix it?

Also I have downloaded some apps through zune on my pc, and synced to the phone but they are not showing up in my apps list. Is this part of the same problem?

"Marketplace is not yet available in your country/region"

I'm getting "Marketplace is not yet available in your country/region" on my WP7. I just recently moved over from Japan to the US and every configuration I can think of is now set to US. Not sure what else to do?
