Windows 10: Your Phone app not working on W10

Hello there,


I installed the your phone app both on my android and my W10, but it doesn't work on W10


I've had W10 for years now but I made a fresh install this afternoon, format all drives and everything, cause I had some issues which are now fixed, I now have windows 1903


I went to the app store and installed it (although I wonder now if it wasn't installed from scratch) but now when I launch it says I have to update it, there is a button on which I can click to update it and it redirects me to the store where it says that it is already installed, I try the update button using the 3 dots at the upper left corner of the window but it doesn't work


I went to settings, reinitialize the application and everything, it still doesn't work. and I cannot delete it (which I find nuts!)


Anyway any help would be appreciate

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
