Windows 10: Your Phone App on Domain PCs

Is it possible to get this App to function in a domain environment?


I have a Note 10+ that connects to my home PC without any issues at all, so I know that side of the setup is working fine.


My situation is I have a PC where I log into it with domain credentials, but I sign into the Microsoft Store with my personal account (The same account that I have signed into on the phone).


When I open the 'Your Phone' app, it detects my Note 10+, so I assume it must be at least signed into the App via my Microsoft Account. It gets stuck sending the allow notification to my phone though. The notification never comes through. Since it works on other devices, I'm assuming there might be some Group Policy setting or other network block happening. I'm just having trouble tracing that back. Or is it possible this setup was not intended to work at all?

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
