Windows 10: Your Phone app unresponsive

Hi,


Thought about trying out the Your Phone app but when I launched it all I get is this:



I've downloaded the Your Phone Companion - Link to Windows app on my Samsung S7 Edge and made sure the accounts logged in are the same.


Also tried to Terminate, Reset and Get from the Microsoft Store multiple times. Clicking anywhere on the app above does nothing, no prompts or notification appears. Attempts to connect from the phone app were unsuccessful as well.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
