Windows 10: Your Phone App

Hello.


I've been through 2 long talks with Microsoft Tech staff, and still unable to resolve this issue.


Issue is simple:

The notification is either not being sent by the PC or receive it on my phone.


Specs:


Windows 10 1809

Note 8 android phone with up-to-date android

Same network, router

No VPN, Firewall, Filter or any router stuff.

PC tries to send it, but it fails, results to THIS


What i tried:


Uninstall both app (Windows version via PowerShell because you can't otherwise), remove cache, data, unlink phone.


At this point i'm about to give up and look for third party.


Do note that i USED the app before, it randomly stopped working and nothing is working now.

Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview


Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
