    Your Phone - Greyed out in 1809


    Hello there,


    Trying to utilise the Your Phone settings in Win 10 1809, but it has the following look;


    Your Phone - Greyed out in 1809 c01f21d4-2cfb-4ea5-bb87-ff9cc259ac5e?upload=true.png


    Now I've set Disabledwindowsconsumerfeatures to 0, and we've allowed Window telemetry, But no change to this. Wondered if you had any other tips or fixes.

    Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview


    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
