    Hello,


    I just recently set up the "Your phone" app with my Samsung S9+, and all the text, notification, photos and screen mirroring works really well with some minor issues that I handled. When it comes to the arguably most important feature of the app, making phone calls, I have run into some weird issue. I am able to initiate a call from my laptop, as well as hang up, but the sound will still come through my phone. It gives me an error on my computer, telling me that it cannot make the call, and to check the Bluetooth connection. They are indeed connected.


    I tested it a number of times and followed the troubleshooting steps provided by the website, all to no avail. I have tried switching to the laptop mid-call. I have tried initiating the call from my laptop then trying to switch devices via my phone.


    Any help would be much appreciated

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
