    Has anyone experienced this? It only happens in Microsoft Photo's when I attempt to print using the USB cable printing through WiFi is just fine in Windows Photo. I have tried everything disconnecting the USB cable, reconnecting it, resetting the printer, resetting the computer, removing the "printer" and reinstalling the printer it's an HP, calling HP support and working on it for three days, finally just reverting to the old Photo Viewer software to print work's fine. HP could not figure it out.


    I even used the Windows Powershell to uninstall WIndows Photo, then reinstalled it and reset the computer. Same issue. I'm convinced it is NOT the printer or the printer software - it is Windows Photo. All other software Adobe Acrobat DC, etc, even Windows apps such as Word and PowerPoint, will "recognize" the USB printer same printer as the WiFi printer, just the computer "sees" them as two unique devices but Windows Photo still give me this error when I select the USB printer to print.... your printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem 0x8004003 11f7732c-df23-42bb-a394-10af8883afb7?upload=true.png



    It is not a real big issue as the printer does work fine using the WiFi. It's just weird that in a particular app, it simply will not print using a cable.
