Windows 10: "Your Start menu isn’t working. We’ll try to fix it the next time you sign in."

Hey, my Windows 10 installation is acting weird, when I start it the wallpaper is black and doesn't change when I change the Windows theme, and if I press the start menu button it gives me this message: "Your Start menu isn’t working. We’ll try to fix it the next time you sign in." Plus it's not detecting audio or network devices the network icon isn't there, the audio icon is there but red and the troubleshooter doesn't repair, it just loads and does nothing, but when I boot into Windows PE they both work correctly. How do I repair it while maintaining my installations and files, I have SAG

Issue with Start menu

After sign in to my comp. with Windows 10 I keep getting Critical Error "Your Start menu isn,t working. We,ll try to fix it the next time you sign in." May someone help me with this issue?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
