Windows 10: Youtube Notifications and Action Center is useless

Came to the conclusion that YouTube notifications on Windows10 are useless. Was away from computer for 6 hrs & there r 0 notifications in action center. This is using Chrome so they can't blame it on someone else's browser.

I have a dozen YouTube channels subscribed to where their notification bell is enabled for all notifications. Chrome is configured in Windows10 to allow both Banners and Action Center yet it is a crapshoot that winds up being next to useless to see what notifications I have missed. At first I blamed it on Firefox and Brave browser but it is even happening with Chrome.

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.

  Go to system.
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions.

  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.

Let's follow these steps to disable action center:

• Click on Start, type notifications in the search box.
• In the list, select notifications & action settings.
• On the right side, click on turn system icons on or off.
• Turn off action center from there.
