    Youtube video issue

I've run into a problem that bugs me a lot with YouTube,
Ever since the most recent Windows 10 update, I've had this issue where YouTube will load a video, but will only play the audio, and not the visual of the video itself. Note: this does not happen with all videos, I've only run across it with a few so far.

As you can see down below, that is the issue I am having. It just started recently, and I have no idea why. But the video stays like that the whole way through, and when I press the play button the symbol stays on screen as well. When I move down the screen and back up to the video, it duplicates the title, and moves it up to where the video should be, and changes to show the background application of the last thing I opened as well. The time stamps show up too, and won't disappear either. Youtube video issue 5fdfc513-fd09-4296-99d5-80b85869c20c?upload=true.png

I hope someone can help me with this issue, and have it resolved.

    :)

Blurry video on YouTube TV - Roku

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forum.

Generally, the video frame buffer is separate from the UI graphics framebuffer, so the video shouldn’t be doing any unnecessary scaling before the final image is output. This is a known issue with the YouTube TV app on Roku.

However, you can overcome this behavior by doing the steps listed below:

    • Play a video and while the video is playing press
      Home
      on the remote.
    • Launch YouTube again, it will stop loading and go back to the home screen.
    • Launch YouTube again, the video should play with better clarity now.

If the issue persists, you may get in touch with the Roku Support.

    Regards,
