Windows 10: youtube videos are cut off since they have been enlarged

Quite a while ago, youtube changed the size of their videos so now they display as cut off at the top so you can't work the settings on them or if you move the video so you can see the settings you can't view the top of the video. It wasn't like this last year. Is there anything one can do in windows 10 or youtube settings to remedy this? It's so obnoxious and makes it impossible to watch anything as before You will recall the video used to show just on the left side of the screen with other options/vidoes running down the right hand side of the screen. I have looked online but don't see any mention of this That's how it was for me anyway. Thank you

Blurry video on YouTube TV - Roku

Generally, the video frame buffer is separate from the UI graphics framebuffer, so the video shouldn’t be doing any unnecessary scaling before the final image is output. This is a known issue with the YouTube TV app on Roku.



However, you can overcome this behavior by doing the steps listed below:

• Play a video and while the video is playing press
  Home on the remote.
  
• Launch YouTube again, it will stop loading and go back to the home screen.
  
• Launch YouTube again, the video should play with better clarity now.

Upload Video in Youtube

Internet Explorer 11 in Windows Phone 8.1 comes together with the File Picker which let’s you select and upload files. You can make use of the same to upload videos to YouTube. Follow these steps:

• Login in to your Google Account.
• Open YouTube.com/upload
• Tap on Select files to upload and choose the video file that you want to upload.
