we need frontier, ziply, and yahoo to recover

our computers have been blocked by frontier, Ziply, and Yahoo. we have been in a hospital for quite a while and now we lost everything we had because when I was in the hospital after surgury we found out that I lost a lot of info and most of what I thought I would be able to get. and now we are having must of what I had lost due to what the surgeons did while I was in the hospital. It gives me hard to read things and now everything is not any info for what I need to read. The surgeons made it extremely hard for me to make things easy for me to do.
