    I am not able or i guess should say smart enough to redo the file that "ZathJD" wrote out to change. i will pay someone 20.00 to make me a working file "JUST LIKE ZathJD IS TALKING ABOUT. I have a zmerc keyboard that i bought several years ago and it works just fine except with windows 10!!!!!!!!


    I am writing this to you mainly ZathJD so i can be sure it works i will ever send the files i have on cd zipped up to you so u can use them. I tried to download the files listed on a remark about this and the didnt even work for my keyboard.

    Ideazon Zmerc gaming keyboard problems

    Dear Microsoft Team,

    I own a Ideazon Zmerc gaming Keyboard (http://www.overclockersclub.com/siteimages/articles/ideaz_merc/3.jpg) with extra Keys on the lefthandside for gaming and a num block on the righthandside with special functions when numlock
    is toggled off. Both, the gaming keys and numpad keys aren't working - however, the Special function keys are working.

    I'm a Windows Insider and testing the new Insider build of Windows 10. Some user experienced Problems since the updates KB4032188 and KB4034674 (Help on Zboard keyboard driver incompatibility : Windows10).
    By unstalling this updates, the Keyboard is working as expected.

    I really need my numpad.

    Please fix this issue.

    Zmerc Keyboard Problem with the last Update.

    At step 5, where do you open the WDK and on step 6 where do I find the inf2cat.exe? I have googled and am not finding concrete answers. I am guessing you have to open in Visual Studio or something?

    Keyboard problem in Windows 10

    Hi David,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

    If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.


    • Press Windows key + X and select
      Device Manager       from the list.

    • Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.

    • Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.
