  1. Zombie Monitor

Windows is routinely dropping connection to 1 external monitor no longer appears as connected, but the screen remains frozen in place it is not interactive - cannot move mouse there, etc. Other monitors remain unaffected when it happens.Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 OS build 22621.963 Intel UHD + Nvidia RTX A4500

  2. Monitor vs laptop visibility

    Hi Andre,

I think I was premature in thinking this was solved. As reported, I found three monitors listed and uninstalled two, and that seemed to work. But after a relapse, I saw the three were back, so I uninstalled all three. Again, success was limited. I just uninstalled
three more. Any suggestions on how to suppress the zombie monitors? Thanks,

    Ray

How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)
