i downloaded zoo tycoon 2 but i got unable to create the default player

We know that you really want to play the Zoo tycoon 2 ultimate collection. Apparently, for you to have the game again, we would suggest that you download the game from Microsoft Store or buy a new Installation disc of Zoo tycoon 2 ultimate collection.

Is the complete error message something like this:

Zoo Tycoon Setup encountered a disk error while writing to the file C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Zoo Tycoon\1025\dwintl.dll. Make sure your hard disk is not full, and that the file is not in use.

If that's the error message, from what I've seen, the problem is that the CD (or DVD) is scratched or otherwise damaged. You have several possible options.

1. If possible, go back to the shop and ask for a replacement.

2. Carefully clean the disk. See

https://www.wikihow.com/Clean-a-Dirty-CD. I suggest doing only "Method 1" -- soap and water. Leave the toothpaste/peanut butter/banana peels/etc. for a last resort.

3. Put the disk in your CD drive.

• If you get an AutoPlay window, select, "Open to view files using Windows Explorer."
  

• If the installation automatically starts, cancel it and then open Windows Explorer and double-click on the CD drive icon to view the contents of the CD.

Find dwintl.dll on the CD and try to copy it to your Desktop. If that works without an error, create a new folder and copy the entire contents of the CD (including dwintl.dll) to the new folder. Make sure that you keep any folder structure on the CD intact.
After everything is copied, double-click on setup.exe to start the installation.
