Windows 10: Zoo Tycoon 2 unable to create a graphics renderer

Hi,

I have a downloadable version of zoo tycoon 2 and am trying to run on windows 10. I've updated my driver and tried running compatibility settings with windows xp and windows vista for autorun.exe and setup.exe. Nothing seems to work and I keep getting the error message:


"Zoo Tycoon 2 was unable to create a graphics renderer. Please contact your graphics card vendor to make sure you have the latest driver...

I can not figure out why I continue the get the error:

Zoo Tycoon 2 was unable to create a graphics renderer. Please contact your graphics card vendor to make sure you have the latest driver.

2400MHz, 8112MB

2048M Intel (0x0a2e)

Digital Audio (S/PDIF) (Cirrus (0x4208)

Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and the graphics driver, as well as used compatibility mode but nothing has worked. Its my childhood game and ive been dying to play it again, any help would be great

I downloaded all 3 disks for the Zoo Tycoon 2: Ultimate Collection and restarted my computer. When I tried to play it, the Error:

"Zoo Tycoon was unable to create a graphics renderer. Please contact your card vendor to make sure you have the latest driver.

1900MHz, 3984MB 32M Intel (0x0a16)"

I have a relatively new Asus PC with windows 10, so I don't know what is going on or what to do.

I'm not too computer savvy when it comes to coding and programming so I am a bit confused as to what that means.

I'd really appreciate some help!

It doesnt have the error with other games like Garry's Mod .

I have made changes prior, but only to the resolution and settings inside the game of zoo tycoon 2. Once i accepted them the game chrashed and i got the error.

And yes the error only comes with the numbers and stats above.

As of getting on the game , i cant. when its loading the menu and the manufacturers logos theres just a black screen with my blue loading mouse cursor. I know the errors going to happen because the sides of the black screen cut off and come back again .
and when the error pops up there is no black on the sides of the screen. I cant get onto the game to change the resolution . So im stuck as it is.
