Windows 10: Zoo Tycoon Complete Collection (2001) crashing

I have a zoo tycoon complete collection game. The basic version of the game worked without any complaints. However, the complete collection allows me only for 3-4 hours of gameplay. After this time I can not build my own zoo or play scenarios because the game automatically turns off. I can create new saves, but after a while the game turns off again and my old saves are useless!
To explain it in the simplest way:
I play calmly, I make saves every 15 minutes less or more, and after 3-4 hours the game turns off. I'm going back to the last save and I'm still playing, but the game turns off again, practically right away! It all depends on the time when I made a save before the crash, it could be 5 minutes or 10 or even a few seconds.

This is repeated all the time which makes me unable to pass the scenario or complete building zoo.

I tried uninstall and install again, nothing change. I tried install and play game on diffrent computers, nothing change. I was looking in game files if something is incompatible with windows, but I didn't notice anything special.
