Windows 10: Zoom- This really doesn't have anything to do with my Microsoft account, but Zoom's help...

Hi, so if you read the title above, you'll know that this question doesn't have anything to do with Microsoft, but the Zoom help center wouldn't let me ask a question just because my account was a free account.

So I'm putting this question out there if any zoom experts can help me. Or if you have a paid account, it'll be much appreciated if you ask this question to the zoom help center.


I've had this issue that whenever I hosted a meeting and left it I would assign someone as host, of course, my students told me that the zoom would close the meeting and that a message would pop up, saying that:

"Because the original host has left, the zoom will now end."


What should I do?

I can't afford the upgraded account, but I still need to be able to host then assign, then leave for my classes.


I don't have a picture yet but I'll upload it once I get a chance.

I understand that you are unable to get audio in Zoom. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



However, please let us know:

• Is the issue specific to the Zoom app?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  

I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Zoom article

Testing computer or device audio and see if that helps.



However, I would also suggest you to get in touch with the
Zoom support team for further assistance with the issue.

Zoom for Microsoft Surface 8.1

I searched online help and was told to white list zoom but the pictures and step by step do match my 8.1 version. Please help as I need zoom to work remotely during these challenging times. Currently using Zoom on my cell phone. Be well and thanks for

• Choose the Page Display category.
