Will the interface hold it back a lot or, will PCI-e 3 still provide enough bandwidth for it to work reasonably well? At some point in the next year or two, I do intend to move up to AM5 but, can get a reasonable B550 motherboard with PCI-e 4.
I've recorded a short video of what goes on:
The screen gets very blurry quite often. I don't know if I see any patterns aside from that it tends to happen when I get far down through my Facebook feed

I have an old IPS LED phone that glows very blue, which is most visible on black color. In the new phone, whose technical data also says IPS LED, the black is almost non-luminous. Can the screens of these phones be physically different, or do the devices have system settings such that the old one has a huge screen backlight and the new one is the other way around? I'm asking about this because I have a 10-year-old IPS LED monitor that glows the same way as my old phone and I would like to......

- sometimes, it doesnt do it at all
- sometimes it does it a lot
- other times, it keeps it off indefinitely, refusing to turn it on.

I've done the following:

1. Formatted the ROM drive to no avail and, interestingly, if i call the task manager or write on a text processing software or fire up another software, it tends to turn the monitor back on (sometimes).
2. Put the monitor to never...
