As I expected, Avira is causing problems
Suggested to use Windows Defender as alternative and remove Avira
How do I uninstall my Avira Antivirus product?
Code: *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for avgntflt.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for avgntflt.sys

i see, yea i had problems with avira before that it causes my laptop to crash, I just tried to reinstall it cause I thought it just conflict my other programs. cause my brother uses avira we both have the same windows 10 home but his laptop is Dell.. is it possible that avira is not compatible with MSI??

anyways I removed it and thanks a lot again axe0!! you are awesome!!

I can't say, I'm not sure why Avira was causing problems.

Hope the bluescreens stay away now *Smile

1st BSOD on new Laptop

Lets see if we have missed a driver, please note that when driver verifier is enabled the target is to crash your system due to driver verifier. Please just try what causes bluescreens and try it a few times, there are some dumps necessary in case a few are not caused by driver verifier, this way we'll be sure there is at least 1 caused by driver verifier and hopefully the offending driver is caught.

DRIVER VERIFIER

Warning Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
Please create a restore point.
Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

Note Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.

Thanks for responding! but actually I did another reset and did not install adobe since im still debating whether to get CS6 or subscribe on CC.. so so far I have not encounter any BSoDs.. it's kinda bothering me though cause i know sometime in the future im gonna have to install adobe, will running the driver verifier on my current system detect any problem i encountered before knowing I did another reset and haven't got any BSoDs??

ohh its because I reset my laptop again, and i did not install the adobe product that I assume that was causing me the BSoDs.. so far after i reset my laptop I have not gotten any BSoDs,

my question is that if I do the driver verifier on my laptop that hasn't gotten any BSoDs after the reset, will it be able to detect the problems I had before, before the reset?

or should i try to install the adobe products and see if it gives me BSoDs and then do the driver verifier?

Hi,

you should replicate the situation that let to the Bsod so that Driver verifier could point out which driver caused it. You can also use Blue screen view to identify which driver causes the Bsod.

Good luck,

1st BSOD on new Laptop

It might possibly detect the causes, but it depends on if the causes are still present when you try to replicate the crashes.
