    Windows 10 Mobile Voice Recorder

    Are you running the insider build?

    My understanding is that in the Known issues for Mobile the Voice Recorder does not show up consistently as an option for Call Recording. I know they are working on that.

    I'm not sure if this is what is causing your issue but if it is then I am confident it will be fixed and hopefully soon.

    The down loads are back to normal for the last 2 updates. Previous updates came 2-3 days later :-( . Have completed the reflect images of this build 385 and was looking at the history and noticed that the last 3 updates have shrunken in size by about ~3GB each. Last images were 19,14 and 11GB.
