Windows 10: April 2019 update (KB4023057) PDF Issues

Since the subject update, when I print any PDF document it will be displayed blurry in the Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0 print preview then it will print blurry. PDF documents will display correctly (not blurred) in MS Edge & Adobe Acrobat, but all PDF docs are blurry when printed from both apps. This blurry printing also occurs in E Bay when printing the USPS shipping label from MS Edge which is also a PDF.

Update KB4023057 issue


Hello,
Got a notice that update KB4023057 waiting to be installed. Looked into installed updates list, it is listed as succesfully installed on 6 July 2018. Tried first to uninstall this update before installing the "waiting" update, it is not listed in the uninstall list. Tried to uninstall it via cmd prompt as admin, got answer it is not installed on my computer.
Made a search in microsoft updates catalog, "We did not find any results for "kb4023057"" was the answer.
Now I am asking you what to do, install or not, and what else can I do.
Answers will be appreciated.

2018-11 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) - Error 0x80070643

I would say, the marked answers aren't catching the issue. Error 0x80070643 raises due to the fact, that an older version of KB4023057 has been installed already.

Solution: Uninstall KB4023057 via the App list, reboot and
then it should install. See also the remarks within my blog post:

Under View Installed Updates, it showed that it was installed on 12/13/18, but under Programs and Features/Installed Updates it doesn't show it.

I tried the suggestions in Uninstall Windows Update in Windows 10 (option 3, using cmd prompt:

• wmic qfe list brief /format:table, followed by wusa /uninstall /kb:4023057, but it also said that the update was not installed

I tried sfc/scannow and no errors were found and dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth found no errors.

Not sure how to proceed - it appears that it will endlessly retry installing this update and fail
