    In addition to KB4023834, it also replaces older patches to patches: KB4013418 and KB3211320.
    It installed just fine for me on 1607.

    windows 10 how do i uninstall update that wont uninstall

    KB4035631 is not a cumulative update, it is one of the updates that were issued as: Servicing stack update for Windows 10 Version 1607 and Windows Server 2016: Dated August 8, 2017.
