Left Click on Mouse requires 2nd attempt quite often

NO PROBLEM using Creator Version of Windows 10, version 1703, build 15063.540 , on Dell 15-5000 Series 5570 with same mouse as was on Anniversary Version on Dell Inspiron 1440. Unfortunately,
the new PC came with Creator Version, so I couldn't test Anniversary version on new PC. So, problem could still be Anniversary version OR motherboard on 1440. Next step is upgrade to Creator Version on the old 1440 and retest. If problem goes away, motherboard
is fine and Anniversary is bad; otherwise, if problem still occurs, motherboard is bad. This will take a while, but wife now gets the old PC and problem until then.

WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR Random/More often when playing games

The Intel file is your SATA driver so you need it. The date on the file was in question but if you have upgraded to the latest build, that should have been replaced.

If you get another blue screen maybe we can narrow down possible causes with another dump file.

Since the system was OK for a while, did it start having problems again after the upgrade to the new build?

open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste these commands:
    1) sfc /scannow
    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) chkdsk /scan

When these 5 steps are completed right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box, left click on edit then select all, the right click on the top bar or title bar again, then left click on edit the copy, then paste into the forum.
    6) winver (view the pop up and post the windows version and build into the forum)

    7) C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther
The panther logs are often hidden. Configure file explorer so that you can find the hidden files.
Locate these logs and post share links in the forum:
    setuperr.log
    setupact.log
    Setupmem.dmp
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupmem.dmp
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback*.evtx
    setupapi.dev.log
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupapi\setupapi.dev.log
    BlueBox.log

    What antivirus are you using?
If you are using anything besides windows defender please uninstall it using the manufacturers uninstall tool and use windows defender during the troubleshooting.

What is the make and model of your computer?
Open the computer manufacturer's web site, enter your computer's product or serial number and find the most up to date drivers for your computer's configuration and operating system

Open windows update and perform an update (not upgrade)
post any update KB# that fails with error code

When you ran sfc /scan it found integrity violations. Was it able or not able to fix them?
When you ran chkdsk did it complete?

Please post the results of the chkdsk:
Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials
CHKDSK: What is it and how do I run it? - Ask Leo!
How do I see the results of a CHKDSK that ran on boot? - Ask Leo!
Another option is to open eventvwr and use find 26226
How to find chkdsk results in Windows 10 - Winaero

Were you able to run the panther command and find the hidden logs using file explore hide menu?
With the logs we can look for information about what happened with upgrade failure and potentially fix the problem areas

    What happened?
What do you mean previous version loop?

What do you see when you view the pop up after typing winver?

What happens when you run each scannow and restorehealth?

See if you can create a brand new bootable windows 10 1703 iso from: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10

This will need to done with a flash drive that you can format.
This iso will likely be useful in the future for any corruption in this or any other PC.
Each computer manufacturer has a F key to boot to a device. Find out the F key for your computer so if you need to you can boot using the iso. For custom computers you will need to change the boot order.
For now you will not boot to the iso but boot to windows on the computer.

Power on your computer (not booting with the iso but with the computers windows operating system (torrent iso).
Then open file explorer and find the iso on the usb.
    Look for setup.exe
Use the setup.exe to perform an in place upgrade or in place upgrade repair.

See this link for text and images: Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade
