  2. So tried to do the DISM RestoreHealth option, it gave me error 50: dism doesn't support servicing windows PE with the /online option.

    Something is definitely wrong...

I tried to go on with the SFC Command it said Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.

    Any ideas?

Thanks for posting the ADWCleaner log.

    EDIT:
After you've finished with Superfly's recommendations, please do the following:
(nevermind, I just saw your above post. You've got some system issues, but I think we should get you cleaned up first.)

-Please make sure Fast Startup is turned off.

-Then go ahead and run the ADWCleaner Scan, then Clean and reboot.
ADWCleaner should remove that 123startpage entry in Chrome.

    -Reset Chrome
    -Run JRT

-RE: MBAM. Please see this page for instructions to get a clean uninstall.
MBAM Clean Removal Process 2.x - Malwarebytes 3.0 - Malwarebytes Forums

Then grab version 2.2 from here (too many issues with v3 still):
    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Download

Once it's open, choose Custom Scan, check the box to scan for rootkits, select all connected drives and scan the system.

Bitsadmin pops up randomly and immediately disappears.

I think, once we are sure you are clean, you might do a repair install with an in-place upgrade to fix the system.

  5. You mean like reinstalling windows or just repairing it?

  7. Should we wait on what Superfly has to say with the commands or just go on with what you linked?

Bitsadmin pops up randomly and immediately disappears.

Perhaps you could try the suggestions for cleaning I gave you. Once the system is clean, we can get it back in shape.

Here's one way to get the definitions updated in MBAM without the uninstall/reinstall (from one of the links I gave you above):
I'd like to see a clean custom (full) scan with MBAM.

  9. Not really wanna mess with another computer. Sure, I'll do it, but I would like to try the uninstall/reinstall way first.

Do I follow what you said in #76 under
Or what should I do now?

Yes, sure, if you'd like to just do the uninstall/reinstall way - read that through first, and then again as you do the clean uninstall.
But run the ADWCleaner "clean", reboot, reset Chrome, run JRT, reboot, and then do the MBAM uninstall.

  11. Sorry for the late reply, I've been blocked out of my pc, couldn't sign in by no means.
Eventually it signed me in but a windows notification told me that windows couldn't connect to SNES or SENS service or something like that. I'm in the state where I can't open any files, when i click on the cortana bar it just doesn't open it and doesn't detect any internet cable connected, doesn't even show the network icon down in the right corner.

All this happened after I ran the ADWCleaner "clean" and i rebooted. When i signed in, I was greeted with what you just read above.

I'm writing the reply from my laptop.

    Any ideas?

That's the SENS - System Event Notification Service.

Let's try the repair install using an in-place upgrade to get your system in shape.
You'll need to use your laptop to download the most current Windows ISO, then either burn it to a DVD or mount it, and copy everything over to a USB stick drive. You run setup.exe from within the W10 operating system; you do not boot the system to the media you just created. This will do an in-place repair to the operating system, while retaining all your programs and personal files. The tutorial is here:

Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

Please ask any questions before proceeding.

  14. Okay, I have some questions.
First: Is this going to delete all my files? (Obvious question)
I saw in the tutorial there are 2 options: refresh and reset.
Which one are we going for here? I don't have anything against the reset option since I do not have any photos or personal stuff like that, so if you think it's worth to do we could go for that.

Second: Will I need another Windows 10 license key?
What I did when I installed windows 10 on my pc, I downloaded the ISO, put the setup on a USB Stick, and booted from it on my pc. After that I bought a license key online and I activated it.

I'm understanding we won't be booting from it so that might not be the case.

If we do the in-place upgrade for the repair install, all your programs and personal files will remain.

    Neither.

If you would rather do this, and you have no problem losing any personal data on the system, and you don't mind reinstalling your programs, then you could do a reset or refresh. But that is not what I was suggesting.

Look at the video, starting at about 3:00, and you will see how to do a repair install using an in-place upgrade. Now, this requires you being able to get to the flash drive or DVD of the new ISO you've made. If you are still having difficulty doing anything in your computer, we perhaps can get to some things using Task Manager. Please let me know how the system is functioning right now.

No. You install without putting in a license key. Once a system has had W10 installed and activated, your digital activation is stored on the MS servers, and so your system will activate without a key. The only time you will have a problem is if you install a different version of W10 (Home vs. Pro).

No, we need to run setup.exe from within the W10 operating system running on your computer.
