    BSOD and Drive (D)

As you can see from this quote from an earlier post, it did have this at the back of my mind "should it produce something to submit to you or will it only do that after another BSOD?" Yes I had used CCleaner and other Cleaners.
However, this morning I immediately got BSOD again, and again it was just the (D) drive that was scanned. I have downloaded / uploaded the files you want without have used any of my cleaning utilities, so this time I presume they will have the recorded the crash data you require.

Alright, try to use another uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive etc. to upload the file to and put a link of the shared file in your post.

I think you did a copy/paste of the URL, right?
If you have, right click the file you want to share, hover on 'share' and choose 'send link'.
A pop-up of dropbox will show with a link, copy/paste that link in your post *Smile

Well I can see it is different to what I posted before so I hope it is OK ---- I have no idea at all why they are different! I am abstaining from using my cleaning programs until this is resolved.

I am out of my depth and floundering. When in Safe Mode I need to be connected to the Web to access the forum and your download link in the thread. I have booted into Safe Mode with Networking but am then told that I cannot connect when in Safe Mode and must log out. Catch 22. What do I do?

If you have confirmed the zip has the files, boot back to normal mode and try to upload again.

I am sorry. I cannot do this.

"Please boot into safe mode, run the dm log collector again and please make sure the zip does contain 19 .txt, 1 .nfo and 1 or more .dmp files"

When in safe mode I cannot run the dmlog collector because the download link for it is online in a thread and I cannot get online. I have just generated more 'empty' files (although the don't look empty to me, but I gather they don't have the data you need). Can you explain to me how I run the dm log collector which is online, in safe mode, when I cannot get online in safe mode? Is there a way of saving it to offline first, then running it in safe mode? If so can you describe how.?

By the way, I see from other forums that the experience of not being able to get into safe mode with network is encountered by others'.

My apologies for making such heavy weather of this.

When you run the dm log collector, if correct it will be downloaded.
When you boot in safe mode, you just open the already downloaded dm log collector and let it run.

I do hope this is it. I looked at the contents and it seemed the same as earlier files. It was generated while the computer was in safe mode.

    Please try following:
    • Open an admin command prompt
    • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
    • When it finished reboot your system
    • Open again an admin command prompt
    • Enter sfc/scannow again
If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

I am struggling with another problem at the moment, which may require a re-install, in which case I presume the above will not be required?

What other problem are you facing?

Memtest86+ part will be needed to find out if the memory or slot or none is causing issues.
