1. BSOD: ntoskrnl.exe and more

Hello,

Thank you again for your effort. I ran sfc three times and I still received the same message. I have to be honest with you, it is getting a bit too complicated for me in the next step. The DISM command could not find source files, I assume that I have to download an iso windows 10 image but there are plenty of options and I do not know which to take and where to save, can you help me?

Edit. I am now downloading the win10 iso image to my computer, it takes approximatelz 1hour. What do I do from there on?

Try to follow the tutorial provided, if you have any problem or do not understand something please let me know and I'll try to explain it.

Shortly you have to enter a command that has a variable
Code: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:esd:Full Path to install.esd file:1
Full path to install.esd file example
Code: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:esd:C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Install.esd:1
Full path to install.wim file example
Code: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:D:\sources\install.wim:1
3. Hello,
I now downloaded it but I am not capable of creating the correct path. I attached a screenshot to the location. Here is what I typed into the prompt command but it appears to be wrong.

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim: E:\sources\install.wim:1 /limitaccess

edit. I accidentally but a space inbetween wim and E, I will check again and try to make it work.
edit2. did not work, here is the message

BSOD: ntoskrnl.exe and more

That would be because of the extension, I don't know why but this error occurs when using .wim. although a few months ago it worked for several users.

Try the one fro techbench:

BSOD: ntoskrnl.exe and more [IMG]

5. I downloaded the one one the very end of the page, next to the confirm button, is this not the techbench one?

7. Thanks. My original language from my windows is German, I changed it yesterday for the logs. I followed step > 5. Uncheck the Use the recommended options for this PC box

which meant that I swapped the language to English instead of the recommended German. A warning popped up, that if I uncheck the box I might need to enter another windows key. Would you still recommend downloading the English version or shall I take the German one?

12. This worked but now I have another blue screen with a new error code. I attached the file for you. Thank you so much for the help and I hope that we figure this out eventually.

I am afraid that one of my drivers might have corrupted data. Is there a tool you recommend which lists each and every new driver available? Or to put the question differently... how can I update | reinstall each and every driver with making sure that I dont miss a single one ?

DRIVER VERIFIER

BSOD: ntoskrnl.exe and more [IMG]
Warning Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
Please create a restore point.
Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

BSOD: ntoskrnl.exe and more [IMG]
Note Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.

14. I updated the ae3000 with the most recent driver and I am currently running driver verifier. Can I keep using my computer, watch videos and play games during the next 48hours until it crashes? And is it normal that I do not notice driver verifier running in the background? I clicked display settings and it appears as if it is running but I do not notice it directly.

You can use your pc normal.

It is normal that you don't notice dv running, it happens sometimes, it would also be normal to notice it running.
