    Please translate:

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
chkdsk /x /r (this may take many hours to run so plan to run overnight)

So far the hardware tests have not revealed a problem with RAM or drives. As you only seem to get a problem when playing games I would suggest you stress test your system with Furmark.

Note Run Furmark for around 30 minutes

Warning Your GPU temperatures will rise quickly while Furmark is running. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if temperatures rise too high

That is significant - was it a BSOD crash? If so see if there were any new dump files created and post a new set of logfiles.

Try removing and reseating your graphics card. Make sure the fans are clear of any dust and try again.

Let us know if the Furmark test continues to trigger the crash after reseating the graphics card and cleaning the fans etc.

If you can get far enough with Furmark you can monitor the temperatures and clock settings via GPU-Z and the sensors tab. Please post a screenshot of this so we can see the results.

Do you have another graphics card or can you borrow one for a test?
