    Hello, I an having issues with the BSOD error system_service_exception dxgmms1.sys when i move my laptop from the table onto my lap. I have recently upgraded to windows 10 to try to remedy the problem from Windows 7. My computer is about 4 years old and I use it for everything from Gaming, to making games, to work related tasks.

    I have attempted a system restore, driver verifier, and even several computer cleaning software (CCleaner, Malwarebytes, Antivirus) and I am still getting the same result of BSOD. There are some other codes but this one is the most recent that I could remember.

    This is my final plea to save my laptop from having to become a desktop that I cannot move. Is there anyone that has any idea what may be going on with my system that it would blue screen only from movement?

    If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
    This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
    Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:

Be sure to ONLY install the drivers using custom/advanced options.
    Note the temperature of the GPU when idle and under load and let me know what they are.
