Windows 10: Can not install 1903 Update

I can not install the update 1903. I bought xbox gaming pass for windows. To install the Xbox-App i need to update to the latest version of Windows 10. But i can´t. Everytime i download the update and the installation starts right after it. At about 60% of progress, the installation stops and this error Message appears: "Windows could not configure one or more system components. To install Windows, restart the computer and then restart the installation". (this does not work btw.) I read something about "deaktivate Windows .NET Framework", but it was not possible to deaktivate .NET 4.7.

Has anyone an idea how to fix this issue? Otherwise i will lose my money for Xbox Gamepass.

As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
