    Yes, I was

More precisely, I did scan from repair console as dalchina suggested

    I've got this message:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired
them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
    example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

    I didn't

Thank you for the file. It didn't help but thank you in any case.

    OK, I'll try now.

    no...

    Error :50

Cannot boot Windows 10, unknown problem

After a small investigation I've found that this error is produced by using of PE disc. It is necessary to remove registry key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\MiniNT.

After that process starts, counter goes up to 100% and after that gives an error:

    Error: 1
    Incorrect function.
The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

See if you can produce the CBS log:
Click win + r simultaneously to open the run command then copy and paste: %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails.txt
If that does not work see if opening notepad then file then entering C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log creates a text file.
And if that does not work see if notepad opened as administrator allows you to generate a text file.
Please use onedrive or any cloud source to post a share link into the forum.

I would suggest that you boot into safe mode:
Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

Once you get into safe mode, open device manager and uninstall any hardware listed under IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers, including checking the box to uninstall the drivers. Then you should be able to go into MSCONFIG, the boot tab, uncheck the box for safe mode, and reboot.

You need to redirect to the offline image (like you did with sfc)

    eg:
    Dism /Image:X:\ /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source*Biggrin:\test\mount\windows

Give this a try from the Administrator:X:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe
Use control x then control y or
Type: Bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy

    Then type exit

Then click on the windows advanced troubleshooting menu to shutdown.

Power on and repetitively click the space bar.

This "hopefully" may boot to a menu where you can choose either safe mode with command prompt or safe mode with networking.

Create a bootable windows 10 iso: Download Windows 10
This may or may not be usable now. It is likely to be usable in the future for any windows 10 operating system/registry problems.
