Windows 10: Cannot update to windows 10 1903

Ive tried since August to update to Windows 10 1903. I'm tired of seeing notice I need to update and they will not support my version of windows 10 after November. I have tried to update all my drivers. I have turned off Anti virus. Ive turned off and uninstalled components and 3rd party software. Tried updating wifi. Tried manually to update windows 10 nothing works. Get same error. cannot configure a component and windows error code. 19001. I end up wasting my days off. waiting for all these things to update and then roll back. What do I do now.

Local profile issue after upgrading to 1903

Known issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903


As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.
