Discus and support can't add or remove any features in windows 10 ver 1909 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Hi, My windows 10 version 1909 OS Build 18363.836 installed on LENOVO ideaPad.     can't add or remove any features in windows 10 ver 1909


    Hi,


    My windows 10 version 1909 OS Build 18363.836 installed on LENOVO ideaPad. I can't install .NET Framework 3.5 by add this feature in control panel apps & features and other features also.


    The pop-up error is " An error has occurred. Not all of the features were successfully changed"


    When I tried to install .NET Framework 3.5 or 3.51 from downloaded windows installer, the error was "unspecified error 0x80004005"


    I had done the following steps but couldn't fix the problem.

    1. sfc /scannow - result "no corrupted files"

    2. dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

    3. dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    4. reset the pc as factory default


    Please help.
