    Can't install. possible partition error

OK, KalamityKatt, time to walk you through almost a surefire way to get Windows 10 to install. You are going to need your bootable Kyhi's recovery drive - and some way of getting the Windows 10 64-bit ISO file. This will wipe your hard drive. I'm only going to explain what to do in some steps - not exactly how to do it. This is quite lengthy, so I would suggest printing it out, but it almost guaranteed to work.

Boot computer from Kyhi's Recovery disc.
    Run MiniTool Partition Wizard.
Right click on the disk icon for your installed hard drive, select Delete All Partitions.

Right click on the disk icon again and select either Initialize to MBR disk or rebuild MBR - whichever option you have, one or the other.
    Click Apply.
Now right click in the unallocated space and create a new NTFS primary partition, drive letter T, 4096 MB in size, at the end of the hard drive.

Right click on the unallocated space again and create another primary, NTFS partition, drive letter S, 4096 MB in size, again at the end of the unallocated space:

Click Apply. Right click on the T: drive partition and select Mark Active, click apply.
Now, copy the Windows 10 64-bit ISO file to S: drive.
Right click on the ISO file on S: drive and select Mount.
You should get a new virtual drive letter copy all the files/folders from the new virtual drive letter to T: drive.
T: drive should look like this:

Now, in This PC (File Explorer), in the left column, right click on the newest virtual drive letter that was created from mounting the ISO file and click on Eject.

Go back to MiniTool Partition Wizard, right click on the S: drive partition and delete it. Click apply.
Open Command Prompt and run the following commands.
    T:
    CD Boot
    bootsect /nt60 T: /force /mbr
    Exit

Now, remove all USB flash drives, DVDs, CDs, and restart your computer, booting from the hard drive as usual.
    Windows setup should start.
Select the custom install option. One partition should be listed on the disk, with a big unallocated space. Click on the unallocated space to install to and then next. Do not create any extra partitions, Windows setup will do that for you.

If everything finally completes installing Windows 10, come back and I'll show you how to get rid of the dual boot menu you will be left with.

I can't download the .iso on the kyhi boot as theres not enough space,
my official windows disc refuses to read,
I can't extract the files from the iso and the send them across using LAN or google drive (ive tried both) as the files are still too big,
The kyhi boot wont access the LAN to share files (i have the .iso on the pc as i say)
and i dont have a flash drive.
I hope this clears things up

One way of getting the Windows setup Iso is to use the WinPESE installation, connect to your internet, then to download it from Techbench Windows 10 ISO Download - Windows 10 Forums

to the 690 GB hard drive, then to use 7-zip to extract the \sources folder from the iso to the hard drive, and run setup from \sources\setup.exe

  5. for some reason the winPESE only registers 149mb of space

    As Fafhrd suggested,

but download the ISO file to the S: drive you created in my procedure and mount it. In Firefox options you might have to change the download option to always ask me where to save:

forget about that size - it's a ramdisk - x:\ is a virtual drive. You have 690GB of real space available.

thats what i thought, but theres no other disk?
which leads me back to my original presumption that theres a partition error?
    maybe...

You do have a hard drive installed that is showing up in MiniTool Partition Wizard, don't you? My procedure posted will correct any partition errors so long as the installed hard drive is showing up in MiniTool Partition Wizard. If the hard drive is not showing up then you have something else wrong, like a cable disconnected or a bad hard drive.

I guess it will show up as C:\ - if not it needs to be assigned a drive letter

Then follow my procedure. When it says to copy the ISO file to S: drive, download it from TechBench instead, to S: drive.

Then I am afraid you are going to have to take the computer to someone who has the resources to install Windows 10 for you.
