    A repair upgrade will install the build number that the iso contains. If you have downloaded the iso using the latest version of Microsoft's Media Creation Tool that appears to be version 1607 OS build 14393.591, you will need to check for updates, you'll get the latest Cumulative Update which will take you to OS build 14393.693

    BTW, you don't actually need to burn the iso to DVD, Windows 10 can mount it as a virtual drive and you can run Setup from there.
