    1) open whocrashed
    2) in the left upper corner above analyze click on tools > crash dump test > type: ACCEPT
    3) click analyze > post an image of the whocrashed report into the thread as a one drive or drop box share link
    4) run the log collector and post a new zip after the crash dump test

After i type ACCEPT do i make it crash or just go straight to Analyse?

Crash first then analyze then image then run the log collector and post a new zip.

Crashed, then saved image of report, then ran new log.

Probably not relevant but whenever my PC crashes this comes on the screen, i noticed exactly the same with the forced crash with WhoCrashed and managed to take a picture.

    1) Uninstall the Trusteer software.
If you are able to keep it uninstalled please do so.
If not you can reinstall it

    2) Choose one of the temperature monitoring software applications: Speecy, HW monitor, Speed fan:Speccy - Free Download - Piriform: Speccy - System Information - Free

SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer: SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

    3) Run FurMark - GPU Stress Test Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

Please make note of the importance of temperature monitoring and aborting the test in the GPU link.
    a) Record the maximum temperature and post the maximum temperature into the thread.
    b) Record the test duration and post the uninterrupted test duration into the thread.
    c) Aim for testing 1 hour.
    d) Use the Microsoft snipping tool to post images into the thread.

Ive uninstalled it, i only get prompts to install/tun on when im using online banking.

Was this cause of the crashes or is just a possibility we are eliminating?

It had a misbehaving software driver.

The settings were modified so that startup and recovery automatically restart is un-checked.
When there is a BSOD there should now be a BSOD window that is blue which displays a : ) with a bugcheck. Sometimes it may display a misbehaving driver in the form *.sys.

When did you see the image in post #23 in relationship to the BSOD window?

The operating system did not display corruption on scannow or restorehealth.
And GPU stress test with Furmark passed.

With Trusteer software having a misbehaving driver and the software uninstalled, the plan now is to observe the computer for stability / instability.

I will have to wait for the next BSOD and see what the code says....although hopefully this wont be for a long time if it was the driver for Trusteer. that has now been uninstalled.

The picture was taken after i made it purposefully crash with WhoCrashed
However every time i have witnessed the crash occurring this exact same screen appears but i had never been fast enough to take a picture as it lasts only a second before rebooting but seeing as WhoCrashed forces this i saw it happen before so was prepared this time to take a picture.

    This is good to know.

Lets hope this was all that was causing, may i ask what you saw in the report that told you it was this driver possibly causing it?

Would like to say a huge thank you to you and all your time and effort in helping me here, i really appreciate all the processes you've gone through thoroughly with me, you have been most helpful. *Smile
    Regards
