Windows 10: Cumulative Update KB3124200 for Windows 10 Version 1511

Networked PC's are no longer viewable in File Explorer Network after the Win 10 Update 1511.

Did Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3124200) fix this?

 

Windows 10 Apps are not displaying and working. After November Update.

My Windows build is Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3124200).

Is there new update ?

Update Just came up for me its downloading now through the windows update.

 

Just started downloading but is now hanging at 45% for the last 3 minutes.

UPDATE

Another 5 minutes gone by and it's still at 45% *Sad

UPDATE 2

It carried on hanging at 45% so I killed the download and rebooted. This time I logged in with my password not my PIN. Next ran CCleaner then ran Windows Update.
This time the update downloaded in less than a minute and installed successfully.

 

Another update that does absolutely nothing, as always.

Yeah! Another update and not seen any changes as with all other updates! Also not knowing what and why I am installing!
