    Then open that and see implications that some IE fixes were included in that cumulative update for Windows. Let's guess that the IE Cumulative fix was included that way.

    So, if you have that one you could try uninstalling it. (Not recommended.)

    Also note that 1607 users just received a new cumulative update so perhaps 1511 ones can expect something equivalent soon too which will supersede that one anyway.

    so now we see that it is not just Google Toolbar users whose History is being affected by these updates.
