First and foremost, this new cumulative update pushes Windows 10 version to 14393.969 and is obviously addressed to computers running the Anniversary Update (1607).

I solved similar problem installing superceding march 20, 2017—KB4015438 (OS Build 14393.969) update.

Is this an update for Insiders on the Release Preview stream only?

 

It's a general public (non-Insider) release via Windows Update. *Smile

 

Weird it's not showing up in WSUS.

 

I found it through the normal Windows Update for the general public. I checked for updates and there it was.

 

Same here, WU for RTM....and it's taking it's time.

 

I had that issue with KB4013429 (and not just 3rd-party apps as MS claim - Films & TV and Media Player crashed for certain types of videos that required the MPEG-2 codec, notably .TS files).





I'm pleased to say I've tested them and they all work with 969.

 

Yes, about 25 minutes at the 'Preparing to configure updates...' screen before the percentage count started. All installed with no issues eventually.

 

Thought mine was bad enough at 15 minutes for that stage.

This update business is getting ridiculous, its taken the same time to update as a clean installation, updates seem to be the norm at any given time....now to update two more computers.
