Windows 10: Focus Assist isn't working

Hi,


A few months ago, I think after the April update, I discovered and started using Focus Assist as I think it is an extremely helpful tool to concentrate and focus on whatever you wanna be working on. However, I soon realised that the programme doesn't work propperly. Since I turned it on, even though I have it configured to only work from 6AM to 6PM, the programme stops all notifications 24/7. Furtheremore, I recently decided to turn it all off alltogether so I could receive notifications again, but for some reason it is still active and no showing any notifications of any kind 24/7. Even if I open the notification centre and turn it off again at the top where it sais:

"Your notifications will remain quiet herein action center u ntil 18:00" and then gives me two buttons to click on, one being "Turn off now" and the other "Change". I have tried using both these buttons to no avail.


I would very much like to be able to use this programme or feature correctly, i.e., being able to set it up from 6AM to 6PM and having it work only as programmed.


Any ideas as to how I can sort this out?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Focus Assist used to be called "Quiet Hours".

It's a feature that basically allows you to pause or stop showing notifications when they would be inconvenient.
