Windows 10: Freeze about 1 minute after boot

Hello,

My laptop runs fine in safe mode - W10/0/15063

When I boot in normal mode about 1 minute after booted the PC freezes - I have tried to restore/reset etc - I do not have - this is not possible.

I have run sfc/scannow - no errors

Help - where should I start

Windows 10 system freezing

Installed Windows 10 about 1 week ago. After working on they system for about 10- 15 minutes. The system freezes up, it will freeze when I am using internet explorer, opening programs, it is very non judgmental as to when the whole system will freeze. Once
it freezes up, there is nothing you can do for about 1-2 minutes. After the 1-2 minutes, they system will work normally. It tends to freeze up about 2-3 times within a 2 hour period. I have done some internet searching and nothing quite fits what is happening.

Hi,

If the System Protection is not turned on, there will not be any restore point created in the past.

With the help of Event Viewer, you can view application/security/setup/system/other events that have occurred on your computer so that you are able to analyze and solve application errors, system errors, etc.

You can check the event viewer:

Type event in the search box on taskbar and choose View event logs in the result.

 

There is a log collector that we use in the bsod forum that will collect mini dumps, msinfo32, dxdiag, event.vwr and multiple other logs.
Please post a zip into the thread using English as the default language and we can troubleshoot the logs to evaluate the freezing.
