Windows 10: Further customizations

How do I remove the desktop.ini and Thumbs.db files that appear on the desktop?

Also, I don't use OneDrive, so how do I delete the OneDrive icon from the desktop (there is no option for that on right-click)?

In case anyone wants to know, I figured out how to do some of this.

Removing desktop.ini and Thumbs.db files from the desktop calls for hiding them via View > Options > View, and then checking "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)."
