    Hi Eric,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    1) Are you connected to home group/Domain network?

    The applications which were used in Windows 8.1, ideally should support in Windows 10. So this issue might be related to application.

    I suggest you to contact the application support for any console changes.

    Hi Orpheus, that looks like standard W10 GUL when you click on Start button except that your's is 100% transparent.

    Thank you for your replies. CountMike I do not have to click on Start button to get it as soon as it boots up it is there and when I launch an app it disappears this is definately new to me.
