Windows 10: Has the new Windows 10 (version 1903) erased your Wifi adapter?

It appears that the Marvell Avastar 350N Wireless Network Controller that came installed on the Surface Pro 1 is not supported by this new Windows release. Unfortunately Marvell has not posted an update for this model on their web-site at this time and may no longer support this controller. Your Ethernet adapter should still appear in the Device Manager after this update and will likely be the only way for you to connect to the internet w/o the purchase of an external WiFi adapter.


Please let me & the community know if you have found another solution to this issue

Local profile issue after upgrading to 1903

Known issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903


As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Qualcomm athros adapters Drivers are not compatible with Windows 10 version (1903)

Hello, After a big research i found out the the a lot of Qualcomm Athros Wireless Adpaters (Drivers) are not Compatible with Windows 10 (1903) and also (1809).

These are the concerned adapters:

(They all fall into the same category and share the same driver) & their driver's last version is realised oddly in 2017. Very old

As i searched the Web i Discovered that many people encountered issues with internet when updating to Win10 1809 or 1903, including me.

I have an Asus with Qualcomm Athros AR9002WB-1NG and as soon as installed the 1903 ver of Win10, i had an intermittent internet droupts, Wifi is connected normal and i the internet works fine for 20-50 second then cutts off randomly.

This issue is only encountered in 1903 and 1809 versions of Windows 10. IN 10240 the internet works just fine.

How can report this to windows, so they can release new drivers for Athros wifi adapters ??
