Wouldn't be useful, a system freeze is something different then a BSOD

Does the freeze occur at specific times, or when you do something specific?

  2. It occurs randomly, and more frequently when I'm watching videos, or playing games.

Lets see if some software is causing trouble.
    Please do the following:

    • Open taskmanager
      • Go to the tab startup
      • disable everything
    • Search msconfig and open it
      • Go to the tab services
      • Check 'hide microsoft services'
      • Uncheck all other services
      • Click apply and click ok
    • Reboot if asked

See if the problem persist, if the problem does not persist enable in the startup tab in taskmanager 1 item and in the services tab in msconfig also 1 service, reboot and see if the problem persist. Keep doing this until you find the culprit or there is nothing left.

Screen froze (and audio entered in loop) with only 3 programs opened: Skype, Steam and Hearthstone (game).
I disabled all services and the programs on Start Up tab.

EDIT: 10 minutes later, screen froze with only Chrome and Steam openned.

  5. Screen just froze without any programs running.

Meaning the cause is the system itself.
Please copy/paste in admin command prompt "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and let us know the result.

  7. No problems were detected using this command.

Please download and install Auslogic Disk Defrag free version.
Analyse your hard drive and please report back the fragmentation.

For the fragmention I prefer Auslogic, because this program is pretty specific in fragmentation.
    For example
    Attachment 36058

  9. Since I just got a BSOD (REGISTRY_ERROR), I created a new report with the tool.
It only contains the dump file of this BSOD.

    Attachment 36078

  11. I ran SeaTools DOS, booting with a pendrive:

    Attachment 36103

    Auslogics Disk Defrag:

    Attachment 36105

"sfc/scannow" on safe mode didn't detect any problems.

  12. HDD was my initial suspect, and I have had the user test it, but it passed all the tests. Plus I have had him run SFC.

In my opinion it looks like a failing mainboard, but I'd like to check the drivers first

    DRIVER VERIFIER

Warning Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
    Please create a restore point.
Please read and run driver verifier.

Some windows drivers are blamed in a few crashes, but that usually means that a 3rd party driver is actually the cause.
Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

Note Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.

  14. I need help. I cant turn my PC on anymore, it stays in the Windows loading screen, or gives a BSOD related to driver verifier

Start the pc a few times, after a few times of a BSOD you should get the troubleshooting options.
In the troubleshooting go to the advanced options, open command prompt and type "verifier /reset" (without quotes)
    Restart the pc.

    Hope this helps.
