Windows 10: How can I get Window back without an extra computer, no kind of usb or disk media after...

When i couldn’t get Amazon Music to run i tried to reinstall and when that wouldn’t work (long story short here) i went to investigate in task manager, all the while not realizing that was one link to the problems i’d been having the last couole days. There was a whole slew of Amazon in there along with something i forget now but below that i never heard of it but i will remember it forever. Robocopy.exe. I googled and found Microsoft Robicopy was this great tool for this and that, im like, hmm, look elsewhere for the problem, but i hesitated because it just looked way too bad to be good, which was a good thing i kept on looking, theres another link for Robocopy.exe and that should never be running, it corrupts the registry files of different apps running, from what i understood, unless youre an IT expert, don’t mess with the instructions they had on fixing that and the registry but i had no choice, one by one things were stopping on me, wiFi crashed, when Ccleaner did an uninstall via command prompt i knew i had to do the rest in safe mode. Once i got in safe mode it was several hours before i could get back in even it or windows, but right mow i made it only kind of in, the screen is jumping like crazy, once i saw that instead of it making me do another curcle of bitlocker key command prompt, windows was trying to open up i seized that opportunity and kept clicking before i lost it, got 2 wondows open and thats all, no task bar or anything. I am far from any IT specialist but also far from beginner too; this one tho is way over my head. Cah anyone give me suggestions that i may understand to get past this to fix windows when i have nothing physical to give it? I was looking for commands for dos but im giving up and here i am this is my first time here so if i left anything out or went overboatd, say the word. At least i have my iPhone oh, when i said the screen is jumping like crazy, its flashing, i hope someone knows what im seeing

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk

 

Installation media boots to command prompt

I've just booted from known working install media to see exactly what it does when booting. The sequence of events is...

1. Windows logo on a black screen
2. circling dots appear beneath the logo
3. light blue 'Please wait' screen with circling dots
4. a command prompt window (very briefly)
5. the initial Setup page appears

Do you see steps 1-3? If so, it appears you have stopped at step 4, suggesting that something on the disc cannot be read.

Does the disc boot properly in another machine? If so, try cleaning the laptop's drive lens then try booting from the disc again.

If not, make new install media with Microsoft's Media Creation Tool, either as a bootable USB, on an ISO that you can burn to another disc. At Step 8 in Option One of this tutorial you can choose between making a USB or an ISO.
